Catching the election and the leadup to it live was something else. His contemplation over his lineage, to the dark dealings, and then seeing him type up what he thinks he's going to say. The calm before the election, the building excitement as candidates sing, speak in villager, and raise the stakes. And then Clifford Rolexus takes the podium. What he planned to say was too long and he abridged it. In particular, his written speech has a section of promises - of promising to teach people not to control the power, but to control themselves, and so much more. But when he gets to that part in the actual speech, instead: "I promise... nothing." I was beaming from ear to ear hearing him give off the speech of his life, Gale giving his support, and the cheers from everyone when he won. Twas a thing of utter beauty. Thank you, Ruze, for an epic performance! I've been utterly obsessed with your Clifford these past few days, and I feel an aliveness that I haven't felt in quite some time. Thank you, and I look forward to seeing how he evolves further in the coming week... as Mayor Clifford Rolexus!
