In case anyone is wondering about the answer to the Ekans question, since the game doesn't actually answer. Assuming Ekans are like normal snakes, they're mostly long body with a short tail at the end. The tail only starts after the cloaca, which is like the all-in-one butthole. Male snakes usually have longer tails and females will have shorter ones. Though I'm not sure this applies to Ekans, at least in the game. I'm pretty sure both genders share one model.

I really like ZA as a whole, even if there's things you can find to critique. Very fun atmosphere and Wawa just makes it even better. She's been on a roll with the funnies lately and really adding her own personality into the world of Pokemon
