Gosh, someone was cutting onions hard during this one. Me and my family had a standard Poodle named Bonnie who we first got in 2010, who then crossed the rainbow bridge aged 14 last October. While I have mostly come to terms with it, the ending scene just totally shattered me, and reminded me of when we had to say goodbye to her. It was tough to watch this, but also important at the same time, so thank you as well Kronii, I’ll keep the good memories of our dog for as long as I’m still around

I think that represents and implies the whole experience we had. Didn't expect the insane love triangle and kidney meme, but just like that phrase, it was a heartwarming game with laughs and lots and lots of cuteness. Glad you picked this game for today. Cute design and references from media are really well organized as a well made game. The corgi was so cute. Not cute as much as you tho. Also, it was really cool to play different kinds of mini games while going through the story. Cleaning the corrupted place with water barrels felt like power washing, CPR was a rhythm game, and the little race with the dog at the island made this game more unique and fun. I really liked the Metal Gear reference. The main topic of this game might be heavy and emotional to some people. But I think the way the devs chose to convey their thoughts wasn't just being emotional all the time. It brings warm and nice memories of people having fun with their pet with such fun and lovely gameplay, while keeping the realistic, heavy topics that we are actually dealing with in real life when it comes to pets. I really want to applaud the devs for how they unfold and develop the stories they wanted to. Applaud how they resonate with every person who loved and loves their pet as a family. It is known to be quite emotional, but I didn't wonder whether you would cry or not. When it comes to cherishing time with family, no matter how many good times and how well I did, I always think that I wish I could do better in the back of my mind. Maybe that's why I was a bit worried about you playing this game and you'd be sad while missing, recalling, and cherishing the times you had with your pets because I know you deeply care about them and they are your family. Glad I worried for nothing and you just enjoyed the game and ended in a good, nice mood Already 2 streams are done from this week! Tomorrow's game feels like the main event. It’s not so often that games hit me so hard emotionally, even if it’s watching someone else playing it. As a pet owner myself (my pet turtle, Rocky, who I cherish very much), it makes me wonder if I’ll get the same reaction from him if I ever see him in the afterlife, just like all the dogs reuniting with their owners in the game. Though knowing how long turtles tend to live, I hope I won’t have to think about that for as long as both of us are alive. In an ideal world, I would like to cross that rainbow bridge in the sky with lil’ Rocky together at the same time. I’d like to think he would want the same. 🐢 Thank you for playing this game with us! It really tugged at the heartstrings, with each of the dogs’ individual circumstances and especially the veterinarian and the toll euthanizing all those dogs took on her. Thinking about it more, perhaps I should get myself a dog too! I used to dread the responsibility of taking care of a larger pet animal. But hearing all the chatter’s stories and how their pets became integral parts of their lives, makes me think I could use a canine companion to share all my best moments in life with and to lift me up in my lowest points. The day you've debuted was both the same day that my shiatsu, Pokerface, after a decade and a half move on to heaven. It was hard for me to process these emotions since I wasn't familiar with the grief of losing someone so close after so long. Though I've grown to accept it, I do miss the little one interrupting me to take more breaks. I thank ya'll for being an outlet, because I wouldn't have been as open as I am now. I'll be strong, but be okay with tears rolling down every so often.
