I couldn't catch the live but watched the archive. Watching you play SF6 has been a lot of fun! Fighting games are some of my favorite games so it's been really cool seeing someone from VSPOEN give them a try. Have you considered reaching out to any FGC content creators? VSPOJP has done a bunch of collabs with JP FGC players and those are always fun to watch. iDom is one of the best English speaking Manon players and is a content creator as well, so there's a good chance he'd be down to do some type of coaching/collab. I actually think you do a lot of things very well in Street Fighter, and I think a basic coaching session from someone who knows what they're talking about could really help with some of the frustrations of not knowing what to focus on/practice. Just an idea though. Watching you figure out stuff on your own has been a lot of fun as well! Getting to gold 3 today was really impressive, and it's always fun hearing you sing along to Manon's CA. I hope you keep playing and having fun with Street Fighter!

I couldn't watch all the way to the end, but I figure I'll write down some of the things I think you could learn to level up a bit. 1: Replace using forward + SP (the actual name of the move is Rond-point, but people rarely say it) with standing medium and standing heavy. That will reduce the number of times the opponent can hit you for free. 2: Practice hit confirming standing heavy. It's a great move, but the second hit (the one where you pull the opponent towards you) is also unsafe. To practice it, tab over to "Dummy Settings" in the training mode menu and set Block to Random. Then just hit the dummy with standing heavy and try to only press the button a second time if the dummy doesn't block. 3: Practice punishing invincible reversal. If you tab over to "Simple Training Settings" in the training mode menu you can select Punish Practice. Knock the dummy down with a throw, block or avoid the invincible dragon punch, then punish with heavy auto combo, or command throw. A bunch of characters have invincible moves similar to this one. Guile has Flash Kick, Cammy has Cannon Spike etc. If you can start recognizing and punishing them you'll win a lot more. edit: hey, you were doing motion inputs right at the end of the stream! That's great! That gives you access to more special moves and more damage. If they feel comfortable to do you should consider switching to Classic controls at some point. Classic Manon is honestly just a bit stronger. Classic has access to a few really good normal attacks that Modern doesn't.
