Constance first belonged to the Antimatter Legion, where she got all the golden blood marks on her horns, tongue, hair, neck, arm. They still hunt her till this day. Then she joined the Garden, where she got her memetic body. Got hunted by them 14 times. They eventually caught her, but she committed suicide in front of Black Swan by burning all of her past memories (the body of a memokeeper is made of memories, so burning it all equals death). Then it was revealed that those weren't her own memories, so she successfully faked her death. Then she manipulated Duke Inferno's memories to infiltrate the Annihilation Gang. She is much stronger than him in order to do this. After Acheron showed up and killed Duke, Constance destroyed the mansion to erase all memories of her ever being there. The "cellmate" thing she said to Black Swan referred to the fact that both of them was trapped in the dreamscape. Constance by Gopher Wood's shackles, Black Swan by Constance's divine law power. The Dahlia character trailer showed us their fight. Black Swan tried to flee from Constance, but cannot escape the dream loop Constance trapped her in. Swan fought with a memokeeper's power, but Constance kept toying with her and teasing her, blowing her a kiss, faking Duke Inferno's funeral, etc. Eventually Swan was forced to use cremator's power to burn the memoria, thus freeing Constance from Gopher Wood's shackles as well. Constance told the Trailblazer that her toxic relationship with Black Swan made them more intimate than between Acheron and Black Swan ("knife fight > dance partners"). She dipped Swan in the same dance pose Acheron did. She brought up the dance when Aventurine mentioned being cut by the Nihility Emanator. She told Black Swan to go find her "dance partner" when they need an Emanator to step in. Constance is just hella salty that Black Swan danced with Acheron. Even her voice line was challenging: she asked Acheron if she could read her memories. A cremator asking that is just pure taunting. Thus Acheron replied her with "If you don't mind wilting, I'd gladly share a dance with you." (= if you don't mind dying then I'll gladly help). Black Swan was watching fireworks with Constance at the end of 3.8, Constance even extended a hand inviting her for a dance. And we also know Acheron invited Black Swan to dance again and Swan accepted (voice line), Acheron wore a suit to this dance (light cone). So our Swan is quite "greedy" indeed.
