The Taipei stop of hololive STAGE World Tour ’25 was absolutely amazing! To celebrate your second time on stage here, we prepared two flower stands and made an super duper cute Asia-sized happi. We also gathered the IRyStocrats for a group photo to show our support.

If you want to improve your posture, talk to your PT about suitable training approaches. For example, I focus on core training, so I spend around 90% of the session doing core exercises. The whole workout is slow-paced but extremely exhausting.

If you're new to the product u should start with a small concentration, use it once a week then gradually use it thrice a week till your skin gets used to it. After that you can go get a higher concentration (repeat routine)

Reporting in! I've successfully carried the IRyS Happi the whole 42km of the Tokyo Marathon!! Legs are wasted but it was fun and worth the effort, even met a couple of Holofans along the route too! Time to check out and sleep now to recover~

About skin doctors, also look at it this way. You would be an easy, relaxing and profitable consult that day. They are used to it. It's also a break from the really bad cases they might see that day.

Welcome back IRyS, glad you finished the game today. HL2 is actually 3 games, the main game and 2 extra episodes that are bit shorter, so you can split those between other games. If tomorrow is uncertain, how about a short stream, like a watchalong?

Also, even amongst doctors, there is a bell curve of good, average, and not so - typically by publications, peer review, and clinical experience. Who should you trust? Someone who is trusted by their peers as in other doctors listen to that doctor.

I think you might be confusing Emergency visits vs Clinic visits.. Yes if you turn up at the ED asking about skin care products we gonna chase you out lol. But skin clinics? THIS IS WHERE YOU CAN GET A CONSULT ABOUT THOSE CONCERNS! go book an appt!
