I figured out why u're not getting 3stars. u've never entered a G1 race. u need to win as many G1 races as possible. not just the default ones, but the random ones that show up during training too.

Oh ok the blue 3 stars. To increase the chances of getting a 3 star, u need to stack ur desired stats to around 600~1100. Naturally, the influence of both parents and grandparents also applies.

Honestly, it’s gonna be tough to hit ur goal. u need to train as many Umas as u can to get what you want. If u somehow manage to pull it off with this setup, then congrats u’ve found a bug in the game
