I add oat milk or lactose free cream in my protein shakes and frozen fruit for a bit of texture. It makes it more refreshing and adds more benefits. You can customize it any way you wish. Bon appetit.

On sunday night I went to the theaters and to see the demon slayer movie and the theater had over 180 seats, but I had the entire theater to myself. Was pretty cool. Ever had that happen?
