kalau anak muda kolesterolan ngeyel masih makan makanan manis/sembarangan, pola hidupnya ga sehat, serem bo kedepannya. aku cari katanya kolesterol jahat (LDL) bisa makin ganas, risiko penyakit jantung di usia muda, perlemakan hati (fatty liver), diabetes nelitus tipe 2,tekanan darah tinggi (Hipertensi), obesitas perut (perut buncit yang keras), dll. pokoknya kerusakan pembuluh darah. kayak film sore yang suaminya, kalau masa mudanya hidupnya ga sehat karena terlalu 'menikmati masa muda', tuanya rentan kena sakit lebih parah. jadi hidup sehat dan strictnya harus dimulai dari sekarang malah bo, bukan pas udah mulai tua.
