1:56:38 for my personal timestamp. and advice for fellow Risuners yes you have to be careful If you decide to buy/rent a house, because it's a one time buy. it's for your family it's best to ask local residents, see the article, look for a flood map in your region, usually there is one Don't be tempted by the cheap price, but also look at the road access, how far the school and shopping areas are. you don't wanna spent your days thinking just how long is the traffic to get to your destination every time you wanna go out with your family coz I've found some new housing built among rice fields, the surrounding area is muddy, very dark at night, the quality of the road is haphazard and for travel time you have to struggle with traffic jams. the house might be good, modern and stylish. but you don't just live at home, you also live in what's around it, the environment, neighbors, etc. the fishing stream is already bapak bapak. and the discussion is very R18 😂
