Can't believe Mori made a song based off the Persona 3 persona.

This song is literally what I play when I need to calm down. Running a restaurant is hard and when I have a million people pulling me every way its easy for me to lose my cool. When I put this on repeat with a headphone in and focus on a job for a little bit, all my worries go away. Doubt you'll see this but thank you

Insane that Calli made a bardcore, rap, nu metal, rock song based off Shrek, from the hit movie Shrek.

In the original Greek myth, Orpheus was a musician who was so talented that he charmed Hades and Persephone into allowing his wife, Eurydice, to return from the underworld as long as Orpheus walks in front and doesn't look back at her until they reach the surface. This myth was translated brilliantly into what seems to be a story about an idol and a fan. Also, this song is really fun!

Its also kinda hilarious how the Orpheus mother is the muse Calliope. I'm sure thats not intentional at all...

The paper artstyle is very cute. I'm not sure if it feels like "Old Mori" I think it's an upbeat funky song. I fully believe 2025 Mori does songs like this same as 2022 or 2020 could. It's not agitated or sassy as some early songs. 2025 Mori is as talented as she's ever been, more so because of experience with many more different styles. I really like it and it's a good addition to your discography that now has crazy amounts of variety. I've had people listen to your songs and they didn't realize I was playing one artist because of that variety.

Absolute banger!! I've never heard of this artist before but I've been jamming to this song in my rotation for the past couple weeks. The bass line, the rap-style delivery, the funk of the electric guitar. Everything just blends SO well even when you think it shouldn't on paper just based how many different styles of music are present here. It kinda reminds me of how Santana's track "smooth" blends a bunch of genres into one awesome song. As a side note, I find it really ironic that this song is all about forming a parasocial relationship with an artist/performer from the perspective of the fan, when the song itself is written by a performer/artist irl. I could gush more about this song, but it's just really good. Love it!! 😁

Man, the sound of this song and the melody feels really nostalgic but I can't put my finger on it. Like the singing around 0:25. As usual, Mori really levels up her music with each and every new song.

I love it when Calli talks about her relationship to idol worship in her songs cause she has a very unique perspective on it, as both a receiver and giver of the worship, and this song is no exception. In the same way that her idols gave her the motivation to work hard enough to get here, Calli is giving us the motivation we need through songs like these. And speaking of which, this song is as sugary-sweet as the subject matter, with groovy basslines, and snappy drums that pair super well with Calli's rapping, that while reminiscent of older songs like Spiral Tones have a much more subtle yet deliberate feeling, like she's just naturally ripping out these perfect bars. I love it, and I love Mori Calliope.

“You’re strummin’ next to me, now I’m in ecstasy / And for the rest of the week, I’m depression-free” goes so hard! 🔥 In fact, this entire song was/is a jam.

Is it just me or did they uptempo this song? It's playing so much faster now. Reducing the playback speed to .95x or .9x is more similar to the tempo I remember.

I apparently watched enough of Mori's Dispatch playthrough that YouTube threw this into a playlist for me, and it's absolutely freaking incredible. I've listened to it six times so far.

I seriously thought this was a cover the first time I heard it. Calli killed the vocals as always, but the production quality, rhythm, and everything else is just so high quality it's crazy
