Were significant changed patched into the game? I think that I remember some differences like the emblem things for the prosthetic coming from killing bosses instead of the many other ways and not purchasable, and the revives in the field being a rare item you could find and had to be frugal with.

Fun fact: the giant snake is based on the Japanese shirohebi, a divine snake. Kronii's design is also partially based on the shirohebi.

Finally it's time for Calli's dreaded Sekiro . But despite the bad time you had on your first time trying the game, you were actually doing pretty well this stream, definitely better than me on my first time playing. That said, I have to admit I'm not the biggest fan of the mic peaks. I love me some Mori Calliope screams, but the mic peaks get pretty exhausting and a bit painful after a while. I'll only bring it up this one time though. Thanks for the stream, hopefully we'll see Sekiro to completion.

so hyped for this. Sekiro is my favorite FromSoftware game I love the story about Kuro and Wolf and the combatsystem becomes super fun later on. Calli you got this! Dead Beats cheer loud

If Calli taught me anything about being a Shinobi this stream, it’s that Shinobi have a battlecry (scream), their own secret code (whatever the hell words Mori uses), and always come back with a vengeance (6 years later). Thanks for the fun stream Mori! You’ll beat Sekiro ez pz, Gyobu fell pretty quickly to you.

Great job today Calli! Getting through the ogre and gyoubu on your first time back in is no easy feat. I'm glad you're enjoying Sekiro since personally its my favorite combat system from From Soft. Here are some tips from someone who's beaten this game more times than I can count: - Parry timings are pretty forgiving and it activates quickly so rapidly pressing the block button a bunch in anticipation of an attack will usually give you the parry if you don't know the exact timing yet. - Aggression and speed are your biggest assets. You can dictate the pace of most fights by constantly attacking which will lock many enemies and bosses into a predictable flow of moves. - Almost everything has a follow-up attack; parries, dodges, and the different shinobi tools all have unique follow-up attacks that will help you keep in the fight and even have special properties for tools. - Even if parries are the most useful defensive options, dodges and jumps can be just as useful if they let you keep attacking, doing as much stagger damage as a parry and can keeping you out of danger. Hope you continue to enjoy this game!

Great job this stream, Calli! You seriously gamed hard! Don't worry too much about how many attempts it takes to defeat a foe, what matters the most I think is getting comfortable with the controls so you can fight confidently, it matters a lot! If you can focus because you don't have to think about how to fight, you'll be able to deflect better and take advantage of openings and counter red attacks more often. I'll be rooting you on for that Juzou fight next stream!

Nice work on learning to parry! You were making good progress on those bosses! Take your time to remember the controls! Also, a compressor on the mic might help with the peaking during screams and when your voice is lower!
