Foxy will gradually emerge from the curtain, when you look at his camera he will retreat. As soon as the curtain fully opens and he runs you cannot stop him - only close the door, which uses a lot of power.

For Bonnie and Chica, just check the lights. Don't bother tracking them with the camera. The cameras are specifically for Foxy (cameras 1C) and Freddy (cameras 1A, 1B, 7, 6, 4A, 4B in that order).
