1:23:50 Ceci is correct, you absolutely can find snow in Finnish Lapland this time of the year, if you delve into the tiny canyons (FI "kuru") between the fells (FI "tunturi"). It is kind of nice, quiet and comfy, if you don't mind reindeer bones.
