4:02:25 Minto Blessed Cookies 1 1/2 cup Softened Butter(not hot) 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar 1 1/2 cup Brown sugar 2 Large Eggs 1 1/2 Tbsp Vanilla 4 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour 2 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/4 tsp powdered cinnamon(just enough to accent oats, add more if you like) 1 1/2 cup Milk Choco Chip 1/2 cup 60% Dark Choco Chip (any combo of 2 cups choco really) 1/2 cup Walnuts (can use others if preferred or exclude) *few Tbsp water if dough is too dry Cream together butter and both sugars Add egg and vanilla and stir until fully mixed(careful, hot butter would cook the eggs) In separate container, combine and mix flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and oats Stir flour mixture into wet mixture until combined and not dry; don't over mix to prevent gluten production (*can add 1 tbsp water in increments until workable if the mixture is too dry) When the dough comes together fold in the mix-ins using a sturdy spoon dough will be really thick Stick plastic wrap to dough to prevent any air contact and refrigerate overnight or at least a few hours to completely cool. You can make a tube of dough in the plastic wrap or just press it to the dough while in the bowl With a little less 1/4~ish cup of dough (ice cream scoop useful), roll into a ball and break in half. With the broken sides up, smoosh them together to create scraggly tops with smooth bottoms like a bakery cookie Preheat and bake 375F for 12-15 minutes (smaller cookies may need less time) Let cool and enjoy!

I usually like to thank them when they leave comments under my chat, but for some reason, YouTube doesn't let me do that sometimes. I'm still going to need to recover a bit before knowing whether or not it was a complete success, but if it went the way my doctors are hoping it did, this could be the end of it. For the most part anyway. This could be the last major thing I need to have had done to repair the damage from my botched surgery. I'm really ready to start a new chapter in my life. I'm eager to let you, and everyone in chat know who I am beyond The chronic pain. Realistically, I've likely already done that, but when you're in the midst of it, it feels like that's all that's going on. Thank you Minto, and everyone in chat who has wished me well throughout this dark chapter of my life. It's something I'll never stop appreciating.
