48:48 studio this small will not do open recruitment, for 2 reasons: 1. They likely had all positions covered from start of actual development. You don't start blindly and hope for the best, you have to be able to actually complete project with what you already have. Any growth beyond bare minimum will be by recommendation of someone already involved in project, while randoms will be automatically rejected unless position actually opens. They definitely won't hire devs just to keep them on backburner, doing pointless stuff. 2. Most people will be with project from start to finish. Constant recruitment is a consequence of high turnover rate. Studio with few dozens of people in it, probably won't even have HR department in modern meaning of it, but a secretary office that handles legal paperwork and bills, because manager can realisticly keep tabs on everything that happens in actual studio.

My wife LOOOOVES Wiley Wallabe licorice, I can't stand it. I remember trying some during Easter and afterwards I ate some ham to try and get rid of the taste - but I couldn't taste it at all. The licorice completely overpowered anything else for like 15 minutes. To clarify, this was their black licorice. Their strawberry one was really good.

Game of Thrones first 4 seasons are peak fantasy television. Then it nosedived because GRRM left the writing team saying he was going to finish the books (he lied) and it got increasingly worse until they finally put the lid on it. I didn't even bother watching the last two seasons, it was more entertaining to see people write about how bad it got.

Oh UPS is by far the worse. Years ago I ordered computer parts so I took the day off to wait for them. So i saw the out for delivery notification opened the door and sat in a chair looking out the door. The ups truck pulls up later on I'm sitting there looking out the door the driver looks at me then he drives off and the status updated to unable to deliver. I call ups they tell me the driver reported no one answered the door I'm like I was standing there looking at the driver he looked directly AT ME before driving off.
