OtsuStars! Thank you for the long Vintage Story stream! I can't believe you three nearly went for 5 hours! This game looks like it goes really in depth! While both are block games, the feel and pace of Vintage Story is very different. I don't know much about the game but I can't wait to see you three play it again!

Animals don't re-spawn, immediately, and the timer doesn't start until the bones from previous kills de-spawn. Berries also take *weeks* to regrow, and wild crops mature even more slowly. That means it's quite possible to over-hunt an area -- and then you've got problems. The only really reliable way to secure a food supply is by farming. Everything else -- *everything else* -- is secondary to the creation of a large farm, on fertile soil, in a region with ample rainfall. And you guys aren't doing that. 😁

Hi Altare, thanks for letting me help with basic tips. There's a lot, and I mean A LOT, to discover and learn within Vintage, so a few early tips do not hurt the overall gameplay in the least. Vintage is also a slow burn, so don't expect to do any extravagant building or creation early on. Progression is slow and methodical. Many elements take multiple steps and a healthy amount of time to achieve. But I promise, if you stick with it, it'll be well worth the effort. And then, of course, there's the lore. Whether you're streaming with friends, or just doing a solo world, I sincerely hope you make Vintage part of your regular streaming schedule, if only for a while. Can't wait for more vintage streams!
