I wasn't completely surprised by the story but I had not figured out all the supporting details. It was much more emotional than I guessed but I really like how the story progressed!! Great stream and great story. Thanks for the stream, Crowshi!!

But Focalor and Furina being seperate parts of the same person is a direct reference to God and Jesus and the Holy Spirit. It also comes with the fact that water is a big symbol for that divine purity! Think holy water! Within classical Catholic theology Jesus is the part of God that can feel every emotion and sensation of humanity from pain and anguish to joy and laughter. THE WRITING IS SO GOOD

Egeria being dead isn't a spoiler by the way, you find that our while you are in Sumeru a whole version earlier in the timeline, that giant half-water tree in the northen part of the desert is her corpse.

3:13:20 the way it was explained to me was that the gnosis are like the wands in Harry Potter. The elemental power each archon has is independent of the gnosis. They don’t need it like a human with a vision does. However the Gnosis acts as a conduit to channel the power, but keeps them connected to celestia in that function. Sorta how like the wands are connected to the ministry of magic.

I just finished Fontaine's AQ recently too and it was timely that we were doing it at the same time. I liked rewatching the scenes and hearing your thoughts about it! Sobbed so much at Peaktaine. I'm looking forward to watching you react with Natlan too. I still have yet to start it.

2:12:00 actually she didn’t know for sure, because she was told everything was hinging on the fact she could keep the secret and have everyone believe she was the archon. Rewatching the Fontaine AQ knowing her motive, makes it really heartbreaking. She didn’t know for sure if it would work, just that she was told she had to do this and it would work out. She had to cling to that faith and hope. It’s why she was begging for everyone to believe her, not for herself but for their own sake.

So glad you finished peaktaine! It made me cry so much :( even rewatching it I still cried while doing other things so you know it's beyond peak. Also, 3:52:41 totally described a villain in Mo Dao Zushi.. iykyk. He would really enjoy it, if only crowshi read books...but I guess there is the anime as well.

Although it's not immediately relevant to Nod-Krai (yet) but if you're playing the SQs (story quests) for lore, then Raiden SQ2 is heavily recommended, more so than some of the other SQs that chat had recommended towards the end of the stream. You do have to play SQ1 first which is arguably fluff but SQ2 more than makes up for it. Frankly, I don't think any of the other SQs are nearly as important lorewise compared to Raiden SQ2. Other SQs with possible long term significance are Skirk, Arlecchino, and Nahida. Speaking of SQs, it's possible you might have to do Albedo's SQ first before Paralogism since it directly involves him but you can cross that bridge when you get there.

bro traveled to Nod Krai to pull Bina and her weapon and fucking sniped them both in two ten pulls are you kidding me also Vanta idk if you'll see this but a GENERAL roadmap to getting caught up for Nod Krai would be: Narzissenkreuz Ordo World Quests in Fontaine, with Arlecchino, Furina, and Neuvillette Story Quests as extras Bedtime Story and the Inversion of Genesis Interlude for Wanderer story with the Nahida Story Quest as an extra all the Natlan Archon Quests the Footsteps of the Chosen of Dragons World Quests in Natlan with Skirk and Mavuika story Quests as extras and the Tribal Chronicles as EXTRA extras A Space and Time For You and Paralogism as well as *VERY IMPORTANT* watch either a playthrough or summary of the Simulanka Summer Event, it is ESSENTIAL for Durin/Wanderer/Albedo/Hexenzirkel lore then Nod Krai Archon Quests and the Witch's Homework little 5-10 minute side stories for funsies if you'd like i say the Chosen of Dragons because while it is optional, completing the full story will not only make the Archon Quest better but it will teach you SO MUCH about Teyvat's history it's insane. the Dragon lore in Natlan is so expansive i had to actually crack out the old paper and pencil for some stuff LMAO if you are looking to actually dive deep, then the Khvarena of Good and Evil and the whole Aranara storyline in Sumeru will give you incredible lore but maybe also they might drain your sanity so that's why i ignored them lol
