I can think of 2 things. You might need glasses (not being to focus can cause headaches) or there is a food that your body is not able to handle well even if it's considered "healthy". Either that or a chattino is bonking you while you sleep....

Having exp share on all pokemon all the time was a great quality of life fix in the newer games but i also have great memories of the never ending grind to level each mon in the old games :ogey:
