33:32 what happens here is not that you were supposed to go into gliding mode, but rather the game wants you to perform a second jump on the track after you land in order to clear the next gap. Because you used the feather item and instead jumped in the air again, you lost momentum and missed out on the speed boost from another jump, which made you fall out of bounds. Generally the feather really sucks as a boost since you'll sometimes lose a lot of momentum, it's better for avoiding damage and getting onto walls/rails easily. Maybe you figure this out later in the vod idk
