Fun Vergil Fact: V's book is just a normal book of William Blake's poetry that Vergil owned as a boy. The reason there's a big V on it is because Dante kept stealing Vergil's stuff so Vergil would mark all his possessions. It's also the only reason he picked the name V when going to see Dante - he couldn't be bothered thinking of a better name.

The key to precise Judgement Cut is not to release when you see the flash, but to release at the same time as the flash. That means you need to memorize the timing of the flash, as reacting to the visual flash is usually too late.

Now that you know Vergil's story, I _highly_ recommend taking your time to listen to "Bury the Light" in full. It's not just an amazing song to battle to - it is a straight up musical character study of Vergil. The lyrics, instrumentation, vocal choices, composition and everything else serve the explicit purpose to lay out his journey throughout the franchise. From his obsessive pursuit of power spurred by helplessness, over his frustration with his setbacks and failures, knocked down to the deepest pits of despair repeatedly, no matter how hard he tried, until he finally comes to terms with himself and his family - in his own way... Casey Edwards absolutely knows his stuff.

We still have a little more DMC on the horizon, but its been an amazing month-long marathon of it. From what I learned of these games, you'll get an itch to always come back to them at some point, so either off stream or on stream, Mori won't be able to free herself from her new boys

Excellent Vergil gameplay today. You learned him quickly and we get one more DMC stream. It does feel like we're not going to have anything to play after this but that's just because you were so focused. Which, is what these games require to be stylish. Hi-fi Rush could be fun, or some chill games and non games streams for an arc. Maybe you start Zelda games.

I really do love to see you go through DMC V again as Vergil. His battle theme is one of the greatest videogame songs i have ever heard. In fact, while i have always heard of DMC before, i really knew nothing about it until bury the light came. That song made me want to learn more about this franchise and it's been cool to see you go through this journey.

Congratulations on defeating Qliphoth Roots, Goliath, Artemis, Nidhogg, Elder Geryon Knight, Gilgamesh, Proto Angelo, and Urizen - this time as Vergil! You're doing amazing! You learned how to play Vergil super quickly and you're absolutely slaying his DLC campaign - on hard mode too! You really are a good DMC player, Mori! You're a god tier gamer even! Looking forward to seeing you complete the Vergil campaign and getting the ending cutscene after replaying missions 19 and 20! You can do it Mori! I know you can! By the way Mori, don't feel bad about the Nidhogg fight, its legit a bad matchup for Vergil - I almost feel like the devs didn't even playtest it You still did good though! You first tried a few of the other bosses! Nice work! Lastly, sorry to hear about the reason why you feel stressed out - kinda understandable I'm glad you want to be less stressed out and enjoy yourself Mori!
