But serious answer: the swords of Magic Knight Rayearth are the coolest because they evolve and change forms according to the user's will and experience, becoming perfectly suited to each knight's fighting style at the final stage.

What a thing of beauty that hilt was haha Edit: Coolest sword in games.. man, there is just too many. I am a simple girl and I love the Master Sword from zelda and all it's incarnations. Also the Masamune from Chrono Trigger. Those come to mind first but there are just so damn many amazing ones after way too many years of being a gamer.

Oddly zen, this. Good stuff. Coolest sword? I'm partial to the idea behind sword breakers, being a little cheeky guy, but in terms of more cool than practical it's probably the Red Queen from DMC4 - basically half sword half motorbike. Probably impossible to actually use, but very cool

ermh, da coolesht shword ish clearly the one carried by prince phillip to defeat maleficent (avert your ears little lady) because it was enchanted by the red fairy's magic and he threw that bitch across the screen. made my little toddler eyes pop out of my head when i first saw sleeping beauty as a kid.

hmmm...I think the coolest sword is the master sword. It's just such and iconic one for me---even if I wish I didn't have to keep finding it every single time I play a new loz game. lmao (tho i did love botw2s whole things with it ngl and i definitely did NOT CRY)

Otsuruze! Not too familiar with game swords but I love naginatas or honestly any beeeg polearms they’re cool!! Edit : rmbed that polearms aren't swords, so maybe the Chinese Dao with rings (again, they're just cool)

Man, watching you play this makes me want to buy this game. But not do the story mode. Just like...make swords in Creative mode forever As for coolest swords...man, shout out to the Rave Master anime/manga. The MC has this sword known as the Ten Commandments, and it can change between ten different forms depending on what stones got embedded in them. One was just a big ass slab of metal, to one that was like this inverse blade that can cut what can't usually be cut, with the tradeoff that it can't cut what you usually could. Man, I know there's more iconic swords, but nothing tops that.
