The trainer bit was a good way to catch CC up a little, but it felt like over a stream's worth of training arc was missing based on the difference in game knowledge. GG was extremely far ahead in experience but she can't be faulted for having a good time with the game and wanting to binge play it beforehand.

GJ CC and GG! Only saw the latter half but it really felt like a match between a noob and a veteran, very real, very brutal. The game looks fun with its beautiful artstyle and rules, though its probably more fun if you have a chance of winning it. Maybe next time you two promote a game switch the roles around and have CC be the veteran, who played the game for couple dozen hours, and GG the noob who hasn't played the game yet? Would certainly make for a new experience.
