when training, I personally like to put my weakest pokemon first, then switch it out to a tougher pokemon to actually fight. I also set a goal and keep rotating until they're all at that level

you can do my trick, have your weakest pokemon in the front so when a battle start you can switch to your stronger pokemon and both pokemon will gain exp points.

you have to cycle your other pokemon out to train them, otherwise you'll have one very beefy pokemon carrying 5 other weaklings thatll get oneshotted
