Change can be scary, and I've definitely done my own share of trying to avoid it especially when it comes and I can't control it. imagine having managers who suck at their job so much you gotta go out of their way to do it for them. the story of every single vtuber corpo it seems. weird how they are often so good at finding streamer talent, and SO TERRIBLE at finding manager talent.
