oh hey its the guy that says "Yippee!" a lot /j speaking on character strength, if you are looking to upgrade Nefer you NEED Lauma. it's almost disgusting how much of Nefer's premium team damage comes from the buffs Lauma provides LMAOOO yeah Nefer's weapon is a fantastic weapon but Lauma will give you both better nefer AND literally better Dendro for your entire account for the rest of time. to put it into perspective, when Lauma came out they REDUCED the amount of damage that Bloom deals to your own characters because Lauma's buffs would straight up kill your Bloom on-fielder faster than the healers could keep up. (think of ONE Lauma as almost the same level as C2 Nahida, C2 Nilou, AND a free 4pc Deepwood Memories set on top, all in one. that's how ridiculous her stats are.) Nefer's priorities go Lauma, Lauma C1, Nefer Weapon, and then probably Lauma's Weapon before going for Nefer's cons (i have C4r1 of both so i feel qualified to speak on my experience)

The thing with the opinion "only the supports are strong" is flawed because genshin is a game that plays with teams of 4. they are supposed to help each other bring out their best. genshin isnt a 'one character against the world' game, and players that think that way inevitably lose the fun and interest in the game for the sake of 'only wanting characters that can one shot', which by the way also 'lose relevance' when a new region with new mechanics release. Though being f2p and wanting to be smart with pulls/only pulling for 'the meta op one guy' is understandable, genshin also is very F2P and most of the end-game wins are possible with f2p teams, you just need to play smarter and learn the mechanics and not rely on one person doing a possible one shot. These two impressions are flawed because it's exactly these two untrue opinions that cause people to ONLY pull for current-one-shot dps' and completely ignore the support units or vice versa. maybe it's just cause i've been a player since 1.0 and I've max starred abyss and theater so much i honestly dont care to do them anymore, but i've also never been a meta-only puller as a fellow f2p player. I pull for characters i genuinely like both in personality and lore, If they end up also being 'current OP' then sweet, but otherwise I really just am of the belief that you should pull not for meta but who you like. Everyone hyped up Raiden C2 back then and i never pulled for her. My team with the most abyss clears to this day is my FULL GEO Itto team (which everyone says is weak af and sucks just cause geo, and yet they're completely wrong.) Besides Stygian which is primarily made easy FOR whalers (hence i dont really bother with it), all other end games are honestly possible to complete even with f2p standards and 4 stars. But again, not having the time or patience to do it that way and wanting the next new shiny one shotter is understandable too. Though i'd never close myself off the opportunity to get a character on their reruns by saying i'd never pull for them. Though i can see that he isnt going to resonate with these stances since he doesnt really do any of the story quests to really 'meet' the characters fully, which is a 'to each their own' situation, so no comment there. Or if a player just pulls for women. As for Alice, the reason she isnt lunar is cause of Hexerei. New pink gurlie is super cute as well AND SHE'S GEO which i LOVE, so cant wait for her.
