Any time I'm reminded of 2-1, I always feel bad for Maggey and Dustan. She got her date ruined and her surprise birthday gift to Dustan ruined, and Dustan lost his life because he happened to be wearing his police uniform at the time and Wellington took it as "He must have searched my phone, he needs to be silenced". This case is the most "If you just walked up and asked, you wouldn't be in jail and everything would have gone fine" case in the series to me. All Wellington had to do is not overreact and he would have gotten his phone back with no issues. I've definitely had those moments where I overreacted to something I saw and let my mind race with the possibilities. But it's always just that, overreacting and having an overreactive imagination, and when I step back after thinking about something too much, it usually has an easy explanation. Maggey and Dustan probably would have still been a couple had Wellington just asked for his phone back.

2:32:58 I am the one who send the superchat about listening to it as an audiobook, and yeah I do it all the time, I download the VOD via youtube premium and then listen to it while I drive/walk the dog/walk/cycle/do chores/etc etc. AA works particularly well for that due to me being very familiar with these games (so knowing general plotlines and character design etc.), plus the game being a visual novel (so being rather text heavy) helps. Additionally your reading/reaction/VoiceActing is very entertaining to listen to Sadly not a lot of streams fit into this absolutely niche of “being able to work as an audiobook”, but I don't mind Also: the pronunciation of my name gave me a chuckle, never really realised that my online name is just two german words smashed together, which ofc would look absolutely insane for non-german speakers

I love how this Is the first game where the english localization creates a strange alternate universe. Since the English localization canonically takes place in LA but somehow there is a historical japanese country village only 2 hours away. Welcome to Japanafornia.
