A man that cooks (well, bakes, in this case) is a man of my heart.

I love how you promised less chaos and yet... all jokes aside, i love these types of baking streams bc it shows you can always have fun in the kitchen no matter your skill level, whether you're rusty or a michelin star chef! Happy valentine's day!

I am sorry if it is an unwanted tip but next time if you have to melt chocolate, you can totally put it in the microwave and then no moisture or water can get in it. But you actually did really good and thank you for the fun stream and the hard work. Happy Valentine's ^^

Happy day! In Jp tradition, it's usually the women who gib chocos out on Valentine's, sooo here's a virtual choco 🍫💝 Thanks for the cake-- a feesh cake badum tss! The, uhhh cobbler, chunku chocos, dw abt it-- they have personalities. Also, love the slippers sounds... It makes the stream kinda "domestic"~ Again happy hearts day but i prefer Happy Friday the 13th extension~

The cakes look very sweet. The chocolate fish were cute! The chocolates look cute. Happy Valentine's Day! Out of curiosity, I asked my mom why the sugar you were using was wet. She called that sugar 'johakuto.' Since she didn't know the difference between that and granulated sugar, I looked into it and found a website that talked about different Japanese sugars. My understanding is that johakuto is granulated sugar with fructose and glucose added to it. According to that website, when you talk about 'sugar' in Japanese recipes, they are usually talking about johakuto, not granulated sugar.
