Leprinos pizza cheese is a rabbit hole i fell down when trying to figure out how to make my daughter pizza at home that she would eat. She only liked Papa John's cheese, so I wanted to know what they used. They're much like a certain large chicken company in the US that provides frozen breaded chicken cuts to many of the major chains, each with its own breading recipe. Same story with Leprinos. Each customer has their own cheese blend with specifics for various things like aging, humidity, additives, etc. They aren't just a small local company.

2:13:08 This is the first time I'm hearing about "Apology Languages", unless I forgot, but I'm not immediately convinced it's a thing, at least not in the same way that Love Languages are. For instance, if changed behavior is part of "doing something", that has to be a part of any genuine apology; if someone says "sorry" but doesn't intend to change, that is objectively not an apology. (This also gets more complicated with issues like "I'm sorry if...", "I'm sorry, but...", or "I'm sorry you feel that way" etc., or if someone intends to change but messes up again.) There are a few other components that need to be a part of any genuine apology, such as acknowledging the hurt and taking responsibility for the action. If someone is profusely saying sorry over and over, that is still only the "expressing remorse" part, and could be related to manipulation, especially if it's used to avoid the other parts. 2:14:48 And this is part of why I said "related to manipulation" rather than "is manipulative", because over apologizing can also be a trauma response, and in some instances the person requiring an apology could be the manipulator, wanting submission rather than repair. Or it could be a trauma response unrelated to overt manipulation; it all gets very complicated when one tries to be thorough. Obviously people will often be a bit awkward, and may not say things even though they do feel or mean them, but that's more a missing vocabulary rather than a different 'language'. I could see there being different ways of expressing remorse or attempting repair, such as flowers vs massage vs cooking dinner vs verbally, but things like "accepting responsibility" or "planned change" are required parts of an apology, not different expressions of the same thing. There could also be different emphasis, but you need all the parts of an apology in a way that you don't with love languages.
