Three nights at Yellow Baby's hosted by Dr. Phil, Ph.D. in Toddler gives babysitters a run for their money! What a hidden little gem this game turned out to be - it was action-packed, had an engaging story with challenging yet solveable puzzles and well-paced jumpscares for a balanced horror experience to boot! Who'da thunk we'd come here after you married the King in Yellow during the dating sim stream, that's one coincidental sequel to the marriage. The entire backstory itself was an adventure... Tailor-made babies summoned from the depths, sent out by the King in Yellow himself to deliver his message of the Yellow Path and herald his coming. Prepared and readied for distribution to unsuspecting parents by a specially created childcare facility with hired and trained personnel. All while a researcher hides away in secret, conudcting his studies into alchemy and the dimension of Carcosa. And it started as harmless as one could possibly imagine, with a babysitter taking up the job of looking after one of the little ones. Interesting how the game also drew inspiration from other media! FNAF with the reference to the number of nights to take care of the baby, the clear indication of Severance with how one minigame contained seeking out the seemingly "scary numbers", making the work mysterious and important as well as what I thought to be Poppy Playtime when inserting the electric fuses and the overall handling of that procedure. Very cool! I love how it alluded to consumerism in the form of the Toastie 4000, too. Reminded me of those TV shopping programs where you call to order and have it delivered home after completing your purchase. All the shenanigans during the stream were a comedic goldmine, it's almost impossible to count all the laughs on two hands! Putting cheese + pickles on the baby's face, taking CSGO aim at the balloon minigame, recreating the infamous Ramsay grilled cheese sandwich only to make the Toastie explode (special shoutout to the exploding oven for the turkey to feed the cat with), shooting the baby with the nerf gun on multiple occasions and in general turning it into this giant headed mirror image of Dr. Phil had me laughing like a doofus. Not to mention the good old Silent Hill oundgac puzzle noises in order to figure out the right combination, launching the baby or the whole roadrunner section in the mini car. Our little spawn of evil was a master in the art of Mario Kart! What got me good too was when you stress ate the entire glass of baby food, you turned into a veritable Gerber Baby there. Referring back to the well-paced jumpscares mentioned above, some of those startled me bad considering them being stretched out gave you a false sense of security before striking where it hurt. The recurring artwork you drew was a neat little detail, as always a delight to witness your artistic genius at work! What a cliffhanger to end on... Fingers crossed waiting for the next update won't take too long, I'm very curious to see where it will go and how it will end after that rollercoaster ride! Newt the robot could return or not, either way I have welcomed that little cutie into my heart. Thanks you so much for playing the game, I'd very much like to find out more about and read into the King in Yellow now! Horror game streams with you are such a treat, no matter how dreadful it might seem you always manage to take it all away and turn it into a grand old time. Fell right on asleep after stream which is why the comment is only appearing now but I hope the continued preparation for the next GTA RP goes smoothly for you!
