I was coming down under the weather very sick today and my muscles waned from its udual strength. I am more susceptible to sleep if i keep my eyes closed for a minute. This stream was so soothing that guided me to rest. I think this might be a keepsake stream toblook back to in case of days i often have difficulty resting. For now, it simply gave my mind comfort when my sickly state. Thank you.

That was so good! Even that rn i am at work I was feeling really eepy and relaxed and by the end when you were whispering I could feel goosebumps in the back of my neck bc your voice it's so soothing and pleasant for this things!!!! I'll definitely use this in the future at bed time!
