Life's better when you roll deep! So stop, drop and Katamari with it into a roll-tastic adventure of whimsy and wonder! As if the Carnotaurus and having an educational session about dinosaurs in the Jurassic Period wasn't cool enough, we go discovering underwater beauty, sailing the seven seas on a pirate ship and pondering the secrets of the universe in Ancient Greece! Once upon a Katamari pulled every stop including what shapes your personality into what it is and catering to so many tastes! Overall super fun watching you lock in on the levels to catch crowns, free cousins, clear missions and become as large as possible! The dancing T-Rex in the background had the shmooves while you were re-strategizing to find the most optimal route. Could win a dance competition, that one! And the coecalanth, anomalocaris and ammonoidea! History brought to life in video games is beautifully entrancing. Loved the difference in story sections between the King and Queen; his are comically heoric, sending a cow into space (o7 Hope it didn't Outer Wilds and flew too close to the sun) or fishing up a giant crab and having an artist capture the moment while she gets into all sorts of trouble from a kraken sinking a ship to a Gavin Bett'ol cameo of such magnitude it broke a statue. Favorite levels of the stream has to be the buffet and Greece, the former had our guy feasting up a storm in order to become strong and rolling up philosophers as Cerberus watched in horror with the quotes flashing by was hysterical. Creating an Oundgac with the fish head wedged into a lemon having a dino riding on top... A most gorgeous being. Nevermind the fact the fish head reminded me of the newscaster from Spongebob which made me stifle me laughter because it was so hilarious. Similar situation for the round Katamari with the jester hat, eyepatch and Wrestletuber belt although that was way cuter! Carbon copied jester into the game! And for not knowing how to estimate 25 cm considering you're familiar with a different system, being 4 cm off was impressive! People stuck in the rose bouquet, Cousintaur and razing an entire village into the ground, killing hundreds of innocents rounded up the ending well! An unstoppable force of nature.
