ohhh my god i remember when hakka first debut and when he was talking about vocaloid i asked if he knew yuyoyyupe... my dream was to hear him sing For a Dead Girl+ or Palette AND NOW IM GETTING NY DREAM RAAAAAAAHHHHHH I may not be an active fan or be able to memba but god if hakka doesnt inspire something in me that harkens back to being a little alt kid fron the middle of nowhere listening to yuyoyuppe and dreaming of bigger things, soooo excited to hear this cover!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i'm probably gonna regret writing this comment later but i am very tired and feel very sappy a little while ago i got home from a party where i did my first metal scream during karaoke. i got laughed at, but i did it. it was rough, it was terrible, but i did it. i originally wanted to do it to Dead World, but we were told no anime or vocaloid so i figured vtubers counted as part of that. listening to this cover, i felt so proud of hakka i wanted to cry. i'm so happy hakka got to sing a song he loves so much as a proper cover. hakka is everything i want to be, and i'm so so so so so proud of him. i love this cover so much already oh my goddddd WE LOVE YOU HAKKAAAAAAAAAAAA

at an anime convention last year I bought The Vocarock Collection which features Palette as the first song, and it kind of changed how I think about music, and how the personal connections and stories and emotions we have behind music are just as important as the songs themselves.
