Thank you for the fun and interesting stream, Freo! I was so surprised to hear how much the flavor changed with the new grinder. I never knew the shape of the burrs could make such a difference in the grounds and the flavor. It’s so cool how those tiny details change everything! You make the technical side of coffee sound so fun The dosing cup looked so useful! I actually tried searching for one, but “dosing cup” mostly showed espresso tools here. I finally found something similar in Japan by searching for “coffee beans tray (+RDT)” instead, and I’d love to try one out. I really like your passion for the technical side of things, not just with coffee. It’s always so much fun to see you get so excited about how things work!

Thank you for the coffee zatsu! Missed it live but just listened to the VOD! Glad you were able to share your new coffee gear with us. Is it hot holding a glass coffee cup of hot coffee? ☕️ It was fun hearing about how certain foods will remind you of anime 😂 What a wonderful way to experience memories again. Hope I can catch the next coffee zatsu!

46:19 なるほど…こんなことがあったんだ…確かに、コーヒー好きな知り合いはみんな中煎りや深煎りが好きな人が多いですね 大人になって飲めるようになったけど、やはり味が強くて重たい感じがあんまりかも でもFreoのお陰で、コーヒーに興味を持つようになって、この一年くらい色々飲んで、段々自分の好きなコーヒーがわかってきました✨ 今年中に好きなギアを揃えられるかわからないけど、でも慎重に選びたいです☕ Freo自身のためでもあると思いますが、コーヒー雑談のために、豆やレシピ、ギア、さらに歴史まで色々試して紹介してくれて、ほんまにありがとうございます！❤🦔 新しいギア仲間たちは気に入ってよかったですね！✨味わうのがもっと楽しくなりそうです！コーヒー雑談ありがとう！Otsu Freo!
