I'm a chronic lurker but I just wanted to come out of hiding and say how phenomenal this whole series has been. You did a wonderful job bringing life to an interesting character such as Gavin and making this whole thing so engaging. I laughed a ton and even cried in the end. I loved every moment from the dramatics, to the music, and the silliness. Even my mom was enjoying it whenever I had it on the tv. Props to you Gavis and all the effort you put into this amazing series. I can't wait to see what else you have in store for the future 👏

The true mark of improvisation is running into unplanned things and playing it off like it's just a normal day. Rolling with the punches. You said you made a thousand mistakes at the end, but in my eyes, I saw only top notch directorial choices. I caught the ending segment from your call with Barnacles and parting with Beef Jezos, to accidentally running into Huntrix yet again, to your cinematic ending on the pier with Caspian, which was an incredible top notch ending. Oh, and your music timing and that credits roll was truly chef's kiss. My favorite moment starting at 4:30:31 where Caspian joins you. Asks why you didn't join the fishing trip. Calls them absurd. And then peak cinematic timing and framing. Perfection.

Gonna try not to ramble too much, but I really want to express all my love for this series in a semi-coherent way. I’m a huge fan of improv rp and watching people who are good at it build a narrative together. I love how messy and unpredictable it can be, how one moment it can be off-the-wall and completely silly and the next it becomes something so grounded and human. I’m more used to whats referred to as ‘theater of the mind’ ie just using your imagination. What’s been such a cool aspect of VTRP, specifically Gavin Bettol’s POV is how theatrical and cinematically driven it is and how you’re able to show it and not just tell it. There’s so many layers to it in both a meta-narrative way (putting your own skillset to fantastic use/amazing outcomes with music/editing choices) and how it speaks to how that character views the world around him (an aimless director who doesn’t know where or how he fits into his own story). And as someone who just loves 🙌cinema🙌, getting to follow Bettol around has been so much fun from start to finish. From reuniting with old friends, making new ones, dubious meetings at ‘ze pierre’, facing off against warlocks, mysterious encounters with The Entity, becoming the mentor to Bumtrix, winning the Fight Pit, chasing clues, robbing banks, running up Mount Chillead, breaking up/making up with Barnacles, The Independence Day parody (the way I immediately knew you were riffing on that speech because I’ve seen that movie over a dozen times 😂), the charge into battle, the victory lap/final goodbyes, and of course the final meeting with Caspian. I’m going to miss this series and this character so much- those final moments have stuck with me and I’m still crying about it- but I’m even more excited to see what comes next. All the hard work and effort put into this shines through and it’s been a joy to follow along.

This was a great wrap up to your gta RP story. This year you interacted with so many amazing folks and introduced us to a lot of great entertainers. Through you, through Gavin, we’ve seen not a city with people… but a world full of amazing/scary/funny/sad scenes brimming with vibrant characters from all walks of life/death/robot/rat/australian/dog/clowns/police and etc. Thank you for all the work you and the rest of the cast put into all of this. ❤ Meeting and adventuring with Beef, Jessie/Bumtrix, Dog and the Australians were just a few of my favourite moments. And of course the sad fate of our dear Barnacles. I certainly hope he may one day leave hell, and get far far away from the city… and not shot down on a beach somewhere. But.. what about…… the Entity?! 😮

You know you got invested in something when you dream about it. In my case I dream Bettol was leading the construction effort of a wall around the city to ward it against the warlocks forces. Seriously; this was an amazing experience, I was laughing or smiling at something for hours on end every stream and at multiple points in time the past week I reminded myself how lucky I was to be able to see it all for free. I cannot thank all of the participants both on and off screen enough for their effort. It was simply ✋cinema🤚

Finally found time to watch the whole series and am already going back to rewatch Episode 1 😂 I got chills seeing how Bettol’s first monologue literally formed the framework for his own character development, and absolutely loved how coherent the plot was and how it naturally came together at the end. I cannot tell you how many times I died of laughter throughout all the episodes, huge props to everyone that took part 👏 Bettel, you are a gem and your storytelling skills and comedic sense are masterclass. Thank you for all the hard work you put into creating this masterpiece, this truly was the best way to end the year ❤

Thank you for another cinematic run for GTA VTRP! I admire your dedication to making the whole experience as cinematic and immersive as possible. Your interactions with Bumtrix and Beef + Barancles were my favourites, and your ending with Caspian!
