59:40 Stainless steel isn't all the same, there are different types. What makes stainless steel work is the level of alloys (chromium mostly but can have nickel and molybdenum). Cheap stainless will still rust because the chrome is expensive and to be called stainless it must have around 10%, where most stainless steels have around 16-20%.

Something people forget about EBT as well is that it massively increases the cost of food, anything that can be paid for by EBT will have lower supply and because the government is paying, companies can get away with upcharging on them because the price is not being mitigated by the employment of those on the stamps. (which means those on stamps aren't as critical of the price and expect the government to pay, artificially increasing the demand) So the price of goods you can buy with EBT is always going to be inflated. This all ignores the increased QoL cost paying for welfare costs, nothing is free and the government doesn't know anything about economics. Honestly most people don't, but the government especially doesn't.

Had to chime in of the stainless steel conversation. There are different grades of stainless, some will rust, others won't. The less expensive grades (i.e. consumer grade) will rust and are also slightly magnetic. I work in food manufacturing, 99% of our equipment is either stainless or aluminum (very little is aluminum, but we do use some) and is almost always wet. No rust.
