when you feel sick, make sure to get plenty of fluids, minerals, and vitaminC and protein. if your appetite comes back, try eating soft noodles. 1/2

have you tried gargles with a bit of hydrogen peroxide? for the bacteria and that (tastes kinda bad and the measurements are 1:1 spoon of water and the H2O2) + im still running through the walls waiting for 2026 to start NOW

You dont have to swallow and after you spit the whole thing you can gargle with a lot of regular water (bc that's dangerous lol + it's a small bottle cap 50/50 mixed or you can do 25/75 water instead)
