She's been focusing on eating protein, she's not chubby. the thing is she's losing muscles. Reine has to form muscle while lose fat at the same time. When you're 50kg or something, a 50 kg of muscle is different from 50 kg of fat. build muscle, cut fat 13:59 For Reine's ideal, she'd need to add 5 kg of muscle. It's kinda difficult. it gets demotivating for her, when ofc she loses weight, but she actually loses more muscle instead of more fat. it's frustrating, you're on the right track and when it's so close, it's getting harder and harder. After working out Reine drinks a lot of protein water and she tries to focus on diet on proteins 15:05 try to ignore the number on the scale, take pictures weekly instead 15:25 Reine's working on her abs and upper body strength, her chest muscles are weaker. Biceps and triceps are okay, but chest muscles are kinda weak. 日本のグルメ、トリッキーなものなら各地のスーパーとかドンキにある「焼き芋」もオススメ。 海外にもあるだろうけど、他のフルーツと同様に「日本のは自分の国のやつと違う、甘くて美味しい」となりやすい食べ物の一つ。お店によってサツマイモの品種が違うから食べ比べも楽しいし、何より安い(1本、200円前後)。
